BodyPilot is not intended to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical services. Fitness and nutrition recommendations provided through the service are intended for general fitness and wellness purposes.

Depending on the features you use, BodyPilot may collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and BodyPilot user ID
• Your gender or sex information when you choose to provide it for fitness personalization
• Your height, weight, waist measurement, neck measurement, BMI, and other body measurements you provide
• Your fitness goals, experience level, workout preferences, diet preferences, and related fitness information
• Your workout activity, workout progress, diet tracking, water consumption, step counts, and related fitness activity
• Fitness or BMI reports, photographs, screenshots, documents, or other content you choose to upload
• Information you provide when communicating with or booking a BodyPilot coach
• Purchase and subscription-related information, such as the plan or service purchased and its status
• Information necessary to process or confirm payments made through payment providers such as Razorpay. Payment credentials such as card details, UPI credentials, or banking information are handled by the applicable payment provider and are not intentionally stored by BodyPilot unless expressly stated otherwise
• Technical, diagnostic, crash, and usage information collected by BodyPilot or by third-party services used by the application, where applicable

We only request information that is reasonably necessary for the features and services you choose to use.

Information may be collected when you:

• Create or use a BodyPilot account
• Enter your body measurements, fitness goals, diet information, or other profile information
• Use BodyPilot to create or track workouts, meals, water consumption, or steps
• Upload a BMI report, photograph, screenshot, document, or other content
• Use AI-powered fitness or nutrition features
• Book or communicate with a BodyPilot coach
• Make a purchase or otherwise interact with payment functionality
• Contact us or participate in support or feedback activities

If BodyPilot integrates with third-party services such as Google services, payment providers, analytics services, crash-reporting services, or other service providers, information may also be processed by those providers as necessary to provide their respective services.

Your information may be used to:

• Create and manage your BodyPilot account
• Calculate or display fitness measurements such as BMI from information you provide
• Generate personalized workout and nutrition recommendations
• Provide, maintain, and improve BodyPilot's fitness and coaching services
• Track workouts, diet, water consumption, steps, and other fitness activity that you choose to record
• Allow your assigned BodyPilot coach to view relevant fitness and progress information necessary to provide coaching services
• Allow you to book and attend coaching sessions, including sessions conducted through third-party video-conferencing services such as Google Meet
• Process, verify, and manage purchases and access to services or plans
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and detect technical issues
• Understand how BodyPilot is used and improve the application's performance and functionality, where analytics or diagnostic services are enabled
• Send service-related communications, account notifications, and other communications you have requested or that are necessary to provide the service

BodyPilot may use information you provide to generate recommendations through its AI-powered features. These recommendations are intended to support general fitness and wellness and should not be treated as medical advice or as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

BodyPilot may process information relating to your health and fitness, including body measurements, BMI-related information, workout activity, diet and nutrition information, water consumption, step counts, and other fitness information that you choose to provide or record.

This information is used to provide and personalize BodyPilot's fitness, nutrition, tracking, and coaching services. Where relevant, your assigned coach may access appropriate information from your BodyPilot account so that the coach can provide personalized coaching.

We do not use health or fitness information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

BodyPilot uses AI-powered functionality to generate fitness and nutrition recommendations based on information you provide and information recorded through the application.

AI-generated recommendations are provided for general fitness and wellness purposes. They are not a diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency medical service. You should consider your individual circumstances and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

We do not represent that AI-generated recommendations are appropriate for every individual or medical condition.

If you use BodyPilot's coaching services, relevant information from your BodyPilot profile and activity records may be made available to your assigned coach. This may include information such as your fitness goals, body measurements, workout activity, diet tracking, progress, and other information necessary for the coach to provide the service.

Coaches are expected to use information made available through BodyPilot only for providing the applicable coaching service and related communication.

BodyPilot may use third-party services to provide specific functionality, such as payment processing, video conferencing, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, infrastructure, communications, or other technical services.

For example, coaching sessions may use Google Meet, and payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider. When you use a third-party service, that provider may process information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

BodyPilot does not sell your personal information or health and fitness information to third parties for advertising purposes.

BodyPilot account, fitness, coaching, and other service-related information may be stored using systems and infrastructure operated by BodyPilot and its service providers. The specific storage systems may change as the product develops.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process, including measures intended to restrict unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by BodyPilot, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

If you want to delete your BodyPilot account or request deletion of your personal information, contact us using the contact details provided on the BodyPilot website. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

BodyPilot is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required to use the service under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
